Adding Requester Details to Supplier Emails
When an RFQ notification email is sent to you as a supplier, additional details about who is sending the RFQ is now included. The RFQ creator's name with their email ID as hyperlink have been added to the notification email.
After the name with hyperlink is clicked, it will open an email window in compose mode. This change is applicable to the below email triggers:
- Invitation
- New RFQ Notification
- RFQ Due date Changed
- RFQ Re-Opened
- RFQ Award Notification
- RFQ Closed
- New Parts are Assigned
- Lock/Unlock RFQ

Supplier Notification: Supplier Dashboard Link Removed from Email
As part of ongoing improvements to the supplier portal, the link to /supplier_portal/dashboard is no longer supported and has been removed from the text of the notification on the supplier invite email.

Export and Upload Design Refresh
Within the DSI Supplier Portal, the appearance and location of the export and upload functionalities have been modified. You can now click on Project in the upper left of your RFQ and then on Export when needing to download an Excel file of your quote. In order to upload your responses when finished working on Excel, you can click on the renamed Upload Responses.

Sticky Headers/Columns
Sticky headers and columns have been added in tables throughout Supplyframe. This functionality enhances your experience by providing persistent visibility of important information, even as you scroll through lengthy RFQs with lots of data.
Sticky columns will dynamically adjust so they don’t cover more than 50% of the screen. The first column with checkboxes to select specific items will always be sticky.
Below are the main areas in Supplier Portal of RFQ Responses that have sticky headers implemented with sticky columns:
- Comments
- Doc
- IPN
- MPN
- Manufacturer

Supplyframe Release Notes 2.0.0 - January 22, 2024
Help Center Icon
You can easily connect to all of your support resources through the new "Help" (?) icon in the top right of the navigation menu. Clicking on the "?" icon opens up the Help Center where you can access the knowledge base, chat with support, call Supplyframe support and Submit a ticket.
To close the Help Center, click on the red "X" in the upper right of the top navigation menu.
