Edit your Profile

In your Profile Settings, you can quickly update your contact information, change your password, the language, theme application, or update your profile photo. To view and make changes to your settings, hover over the dropdown to the right of your photo and click on Account.

General Edits

It is highly recommended that you keep your contact information in your Profile Settings up to date to ensure that your customers can reach you as needed. On your Profile Settings page, you can make changes to the following:

• Avatar
• Email*
• Password*
• First Name*
• Last Name*
• Job Title
• Business Phone*
• Fax
• Language
• Theme

*Only your email, password, name and phone number are required fields.

Click on Save when all the changes you want to make are completed.

Your Avatar

To change your avatar, click on its Edit pencil icon to the right of the avatar picture. You can then select your file to upload a new avatar photo from your computer. Clicking on the trash will remove your avatar.

You will see a preview of your uploaded photo in the window. Click on the X next to the file name if you need to remove the previewed photo. Otherwise, click on Save to complete changing your avatar.

Change Password

You can click on the button Change Password when needing to update your existing password. This will open up the fields: "Current Password", "New Password", and "Password Confirmation".

Enter in your existing password in the "Current Password" field. Choose and type in your "New Password" and then type it again within "Confirm Password" fields.

When choosing a new password, they must meet the following requirements:

• At least 8 characters in length
• Must include at least 3 of the following:
  • One lower-case character (a-z)
  • One upper-case character (A-Z)
  • One numeric character (0-9)
  • One special character (e.g. !#$%^&*)

Click on Save to finish changing your password.

Language

You can use the Language dropdown to select your preferred language used within Supplyframe. Exports are currently supported only in English. 

You can select from English (default) or Chinese. Then click on Save to update your language setting.

Theme

You can choose using the radio button to have applied a Light or Dark application theme within Supplyframe. The applied default theme is Light.

The Dark mode's darker color scheme can be easier on the eyes, especially in low-light environments. It reduces the harsh contrast between the screen's brightness and the surrounding environment, to help you stay comfortable during extended periods of usage.

Click on Save to finish applying the Theme update.
